PRESS RELEASE Local REALTOR® Earns Seniors Specialist Designation Newport News, VA - April 14, 2004 - Seniors who need advice about their homes and rental properties can turn to Dan Newell, a REALTOR® with William E. Newell, who has been in the real estate business since 1994, recently was awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® in Murphys, California.
