One of the most effective resources of a REALTOR® is the network of sources they work
repeatedly for leads. Our agents collectively contact over 10,000 people each month and
one of those just may be a potential buyer for your property!

We will notify your neighbors, by phone or by mail, of the availability and highlights of
your home. This is their chance to select their new neighbor.

There are over 4,000 agents in Hampton Roads but less than 20% of us sell homes on a

calls and visits to our sites. Only one-in-ten prospective buyers decide to buy a new
home, which means ninety percent of these visitors will opt to buy a resale property
instead.
